At gps lettings Ltd we only deal with residential lettings, our team have over 70 years of lettings experience between them and are fully committed to this very specialised industry.

We participate in structured training programmes to ensure that our advice to you is always up to date and compliant. We are have won industry awards and are proud members of ARLA and Property Redress Scheme. From our head office, in South Darenth, gps lettings Ltd offer apartments, flats, maisonettes, bungalows and houses to rent throughout North West Kent and South East London.

I have a real passion for property. I have worked within this industry for over 30 years, which makes me feel very old when I mention that fact, but I honestly love it. In the early days I worked for various agents ranging from small independents in Belvedere to large corporate agencies in Bexley. I have co owned gps lettings with my business partner Mike O'Brien since 2004. The legislation in this industry is constantly changing. I have completed my ARLA qualifications to level 4, which makes me a Fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings, I am also a Certified Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Housing and have completed the Governments Senior Housing and Property Management Level 4 qualification. I live locally, my children both went to schools within Bexley and I feel I have very good local area knowledge that I am always pleased to share with our clients.

I have been working in the property industry for over 10 years. I live locally and know the local areas really well. Apart from property, my other passion in life is modern jive. When I am not working at GPS I can be find at one of a number of local dance venues, teaching people how to dance, and have fun at the same time.
